The joint MCLE program with the Insolvency Law Standing Committee from CLA will examine bankruptcy and alternatives to bankruptcy. Topics will include bankruptcy, receivership sales, ABC’s, the pros and cons of bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options, and an examination of when bankruptcy cannot be avoided.
