Great cdcbaa Program June 8, 2019 – Handling Trial from Pre-Trial Proceedings until the Appellate Review

Judges Bauer, Robles and Barash will discuss their approaches to handling trial from the Pre-Trial Proceedings until the Appellate Review.  The judges will submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the cdcbaa and answer questions from the audience.  Now the tables are turned!

King Symposium).  Also included is a ticket to the annual Calvin Ashland Awards Dinner, remote webinar participation for MCLE programs (when available) and access to the listserv, on which you can discuss the latest bankruptcy issues with knowledgeable and experienced members.  
Why join cdcbaa? Every attorney needs to fulfill MCLE requirements and cdcbaa does this for you — as part of your cdcbaa membership, you get the opportunity to earn 16 MCLE credits by participating in up to 8 yearly programs (4 remaining for this year) that are 2 hours each.  What is the most inexpensive MCLE credit that you have found – $25 per hour? Let’s use that. When you attend all 16 MCLE hours a year at $25/hour, that’s worth $400… and you don’t even need to change out of your pajamas on Saturday morning as we now offer our MCLE programs by streaming live video (when available) if you’re a member!
We offer several ways to remit payment:

2) Pay $250 online at  Please contact cdcbaa Administrator Linda Righi at if you need assistance logging on to your member account. 
3) Pay $250 at the next program of the year using a credit card, check or exact amount cash. 
4) If you would like to pay over the phone, please send Linda an email with your phone number and a day/time most convenient for you, and she will call to take your credit card information over the phone.
